Know your website is working while you're with clients
Every page is designed to guide clients to their next step.

Every page is designed to guide clients to their next step.
A professional site you’re proud to send to customers and partners
A website that reflects the business you’re building, not the one you started with.

You started your business to do work you love, not to figure out websites. As a former therapist, I understand how people think and decide. In one focused week, I design and build a custom WordPress site around your customers, so the right people feel confident choosing you. You'll be involved where it matters, and I'll take care of everything else.
Add a mini brand for $500. Before your design week, I'll create your color palette, fonts, and logomark, so your site looks polished and consistent from launch. You'll see it as an option on your proposal.
Here's exactly what to expect, from your proposal to launch day.

Yes. A focused week often produces a better website than a months-long project.
Long projects usually stall on scheduling, scattered feedback, and forgotten details. Because your content and strategy are ready before your week begins, your site gets my full attention from Monday to launch. It works best for business owners who have their content prepared and can make decisions quickly.
Yes. The Website in a Week experience is a great fit if you’ve outgrown a DIY or template site.
I’ll build your new site on WordPress, so it’s yours to keep and grow. At launch, I’ll connect your existing domain and switch your old site over to the new one.
I work with small business owners who want a professional website that helps the right customers choose them. That includes service providers, local businesses, and nonprofits.
The Website Week isn’t the right fit if you can’t set aside time for prep before your week, or if you prefer to take your time with decisions.
Everything happens in five days, so it works best when you can watch your video reveal on Wednesday evening or Thursday morning, send your changes by noon on Thursday, and keep payments on schedule. It’s also best for business owners who are open to my recommendations and enjoy working as a team.
Need extra pages, special features, or help with copy? It can still be a fit. Send me a message or book a 15-minute call, and we’ll talk it through.
Everything is defined up front: scope, timeline, deliverables, and what happens after launch. Your project hub shows every task and date, and you can reach me directly by text or voice during your week. You’ll always know what’s happening and what comes next.
I promise this experience will be different.
Yes, of course! Send me a message or book a 15-minute call, and we’ll figure it out together.
Your written content, logo, color palette, fonts, and photos.
You won’t have to figure it out on your own. Every task I ask of you lives in your project hub, and each one comes with a resource to make it easier, like the Content Writing Guide that walks you through each page. The prep work is what makes one week possible.
Everything lives in your private project hub, built in Trello. It holds your timeline, prep tasks, Content Writing Guide, and video tutorials in one place, so you always know what’s next.
Very little. Watch your video reveal on Wednesday evening or Thursday morning, then send me your changes by noon Pacific on Thursday. The rest of the week, keep your phone nearby so you can answer quick questions by text or voice. I’ll handle the rest while you run your business.
I completely understand. When you’re running a business, the unexpected is part of life, and we’ll work through it together.
The one deadline I truly need you to meet is sending your changes by noon Pacific on Thursday. Your reveal is a video you can watch whenever it works for you that evening or the next morning. If something unexpected comes up, let me know and we’ll adjust where we can. If an emergency means you can’t take part at all, we’ll reschedule. I’d rather you launch a site you feel confident about than push it through during a hard week.
One round. After your video reveal on Wednesday evening, send me all of your changes by noon Pacific on Thursday, and I’ll make them before your site launches on Friday.
Changes requested after launch are billed at my hourly rate, or you can use hours from a Monthly Website Care plan.
Yes. I work with business owners across the U.S. I’m on Pacific time, so your Thursday deadline is noon Pacific (3 PM Eastern).
You’ll get 2 weeks of support for any technical issues, plus a video training library so you can update your site yourself. You’ll know how to make everyday changes without needing a designer.
If you’d rather not make updates yourself, I offer Monthly Website Care. You choose a plan with 1, 3, or 5 hours of my time each month, at 10–20% off my hourly rate. Use those hours for content updates, new pages, or design changes, and I’ll take care of routine site maintenance within them. Plans start at $108 per month.
Up to 6 custom WordPress pages, designed and launched in one week. You also get a Content Writing Guide, a prep session, text and voice access during your week, a round of revisions before launch, 2 weeks of post-launch support, and a video training library.
Every site includes page titles, page descriptions, and image alt text so search engines can understand your site.
No, but you won’t start from a blank page. You’ll get a step-by-step Content Writing Guide with prompts for each page. If you’d rather hire a writer, I can refer you to copywriters I trust.
Yes. You’ll need a logo, color palette, and fonts before your Website Week.
If you don’t have them yet, add my mini brand for $500, and I’ll create them in one day before your week begins.
You’ll see the mini brand as an optional add-on when you review your proposal, so you can add it to your Website Week in one click.
You may not need them. Often, 6 well-organized pages cover everything clients need to know, like grouping related services on one clear page instead of spreading them across several. During your prep session, we’ll make sure your content is organized so nothing important gets lost.
If you still need one or two extra pages, I’ll add them at my hourly rate. For a larger site or special features, send me a message or book a 15-minute call, and we’ll find the right plan.
Yes. I connect the booking, scheduling, or payment tools you already use. Don’t have one yet? I’m happy to share recommendations. Setting it up will be a task in your project hub, so your account is ready before your Website Week. You’ll create your account with the provider, and I’ll connect it to your site.
WordPress gives you the most flexibility, strong search performance, and room to grow your business. It’s also a site you own, not a monthly subscription platform. I build exclusively on WordPress.
Yes. Once your final payment is made, your website is fully yours. If you’re on a payment plan, ownership transfers with your last payment, and the details are in your contract. Your content, like your words, photos, and logo, is always yours. You pay for your own domain and hosting, so nothing disappears if you stop working with me.
Yes. Your video training library shows you how to update text, swap photos, and make everyday changes on your own.
The Website Week is $3,500. You can pay in full or in 4 monthly payments of $875.
Domain, hosting, and booking or payment systems are separate small costs. See “Are there any other costs?” below for details.
Yes, a few: a domain (about $12–15 per year) and hosting (about $5 per month). Many hosting companies bill yearly or a few years at a time, so your first payment may be larger.
If you use a booking, scheduling, or payment tool, that’s a separate subscription with the provider.
Click Start Your Website to receive your proposal. Accept it, sign your contract, and pay in full or make your first payment to reserve your project. You’ll get a welcome email right away and access to your project hub within 48 hours.
Most Website Weeks are available within a few weeks. You’ll choose your week after booking, once your prep work is underway. If your timeline is urgent, email me at hello@hollienoelledesign.com and I’ll check availability for you.
Send me a message, and I'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

In one focused week, I'll build a clear, professional website that helps the right customers choose you, and I'll guide you through every step.
